A learning life
Galway Adult Basic Education Service

Notice Board

We would like to say thank you to everyone who attended the launch of the second edition of our student magazine Voices in Yeats' House on the 1st of April 2009.

The night was very successful and enjoyed by all. A special thank you goes out to our CEO, Breandán Ó Callarán, who officially launched the magazine. Also thanks to Vincenzo Donnarumma who entertained us with his wonderful musical abilities.

But most of all a very big thank you to the students who read from and contributed to the magazine. Without them the magazine would not have been possible.

The magazine contains stories, poems, recipes and book reviews written by our learners.
